Rentopiaa is a rental housing portal designed to assist both tenants and landlords.
For Tenants: Rentopiaa helps tenants find rental homes quickly and easily.
For Landlords: Rentopiaa helps landlords find tenants efficiently allowing to list property.

How does Rentopiaa work?

Rentopiaa aggregates almost all available rental housing in the Netherlands into one comprehensive search. We continuously search and scrape the entire internet for available rental properties, including listings from our unique landlords. This means you only need to search for rental housing in one place.

How often are new rental homes added?

Hundreds of new rental homes enter the market every single day. To help you stay updated, we offer a Search Agent service that notifies you when new rental properties matching your criteria become available.

How do I contact the owner of a specific property?

1. Go to the rental home page you wish to rent.
2. Click the “Contact” button.
3. Create a profile and start a Premium membership.
4. You will then be able to see the contact details (phone, email, or homepage) to reach the landlord or agency directly.

What do I get with a Premium subscription?

As a Premium Member, you receive:

• Unlimited access to all listings, making it easy and fast to find your new home.
• The ability to contact the landlord or agency listed on any of our listings.
• Early notifications about new listings that match your needs.
• The opportunity to act before free members are notified about new property listings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and go to “My membership” in the navigation bar. Here, you will have the option to cancel your subscription. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

How can I maximize my success in finding a new home with my subscription?

• Check your inbox daily for new matching listings.
• Contact the landlord as soon as possible to be first in line.
• Ask when you can view the property and send a well-written profile text about yourself (you can copy and paste this to each landlord you contact).
• Be patient and persistent. In larger cities, you may need to respond to several listings before being invited to a viewing. Typically, people find their new home within 2-8 weeks.

Do I have the right to cancel my subscription right after signing up?
